Setting future goals and targets that capture our vision and principles
We are really excited to launch our new, three-year strategic plan. As well as our future goals and detailed steps to achieve them, we hope the document captures the passion and creativity that drive us on. Along with specific targets, the plan describes our vision and values and the fundamental principles which underpin our strategic aims.
These plans are the result of a lively process of consultation and discussion with our staff, commissioners and stakeholders. If you already know Emerging Futures, you will appreciate how important it was that this document should reflect the knowledge and lived experience of those we work alongside. We have listened to what people told us and are confident that our future strategy will improve the life opportunities and wellbeing of the people we serve.
